A Toned Physique

Women don’t build massive, muscular bodies by accident. It takes years and years of dedicated effort to even get close to “bulky.”

So let me put your mind at ease.

Just a moderate amount of resistance training can help you create a firm, toned look you’ll love.

That said, there’s no way to target body fat. Anyone selling you a way to spot reduce fat is lying to you.

Yes, they’re lying.

BUT! You can target where you build muscle! And that’s where the magic happens.

Increased Metabolism

The more lean muscle you have on your body, the higher your metabolic rate. A higher metabolic rate means your body becomes a highly efficient engine. So instead of food being something to fear or restrict, food becomes FUEL.

Cardio only burns calories while you are doing it, but building muscle turns your body into a machine that burns calories all day long.

I’m not here to give you a magic pill or a shortcut.

I’m here to remove the guesswork and help you find the safest and most efficient path to reach your goals.

Your Free Consultation & What to Expect

Step 1 starts with a phone call to ensure that we’re a good fit (it’s vital that your goals align with the services I offer, and that we vibe!) and how I can best help you.

No assumptions or judgment, just a chance to quickly get on the same page.

Next we’ll schedule your free consultation. There’s no body scan, no measurements, and no commitment. It’s a chance for me to see what kind of customization you need, make sure I’m able to help you meet your goals, and it’s a chance for you to check me out as well!

If we’re vibing and you’re excited to move forward, then you’ll choose between training 2 days a week or 3 days a week, which will be billed monthly, starting the day of your first session.

And since nobody wants to play a chaotic game of weekly Tetris, next I’ll have you choose a time slot.

Let’s say you choose M-W-F at 9am. That becomes your reserved slot. Think of it as a dedicated appointment with yourself.

There’s no rushing, no waiting on equipment, and absolute privacy from start to finish.
